Liza Collins grew up in Charlottesville, VA where she developed a love for the healing arts.  She gave her first massage to her great aunt Julie when she was 13.  Her aunt told her she was a natural. Many times throughout high school Liza and her friends would trade massages and her love for massage grew.  After high school Liza almost pursued massage school but she followed her love of sports and exercise and decided to pursue a BS degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition from Bastyr University outside of Seattle, WA.  After spiritual journeys in the Ashram life and trying her hand at personal training Liza decided to come back to massage.  She moved to Asheville and attended the Center for Massage and Natural Health where she earned her state LMBT license.

Liza offers a heart centered, intuitive approach to massage, tuning in to the subtle energetics of the client and guiding them to unlock healing from within by consciously releasing old holding patterns. Liza is passionate about trigger point therapy, thai massage, cupping, and sports massage. She loves empowering her clients to self-treat trigger point areas so they can live pain free. Unlocking the tension allows for an influx of fresh energy leaving one with a renewed sense of vitality, wellbeing, strength, and flexibility. Liza believes the best massages are given from the heart by being truly present with each client in whatever state they may be. Liza graduated from Center for Massage in Asheville in 2014.
